Klassikstadt is hosting its first ever ‘Winter Drivers’ meeting – a special gathering for everyone who loves classic cars, even in the cold season.
We usually celebrate the end of the season in October. After that, classic car life usually takes a break until April – a good six months, which isn't easy for everyone.
But there are those die-hards who want to drive their classic and modern classic cars even in winter. And actually, that's not unusual. After all, these vehicles were once normal everyday cars – used in all weathers, for trips to the mountains, Sunday outings or as faithful companions in family life.
What's more, many classic cars have been extensively restored and professionally preserved over the years. In many cases, they are now even better protected and more resilient than when they were originally in use.
The winter drivers' meeting offers the perfect setting for this special automotive spirit. Look forward to mulled wine, campfires and bratwurst in a unique winter atmosphere – a gathering of like-minded people who don't want to miss out on petrol talk even in winter.
A special highlight: the longest journey in the oldest vehicle will be rewarded.
